Stock Imagery & Assets
We have subscriptions and licences across several stock platforms for static imagery, video footage, and sound. Use the guide below to know which platform to reach for first and what on-charges apply.
Static assets
We have an unlimited usage licence with Adobe, use this as our first preference. AI imagery must be created whilst logged into your Jaywing account. Retain the AdobeStock number and save within the project folder on SharePoint with no watermarks.
$50 on-charge (per asset)
Video assets
Licence and purchase video assets once designs are approved. Download HD Preview files only, these will feature watermarks. Ensure the asset name is retained in file naming.
If image numbers cannot be found, it will be one of these issues:
- Asset is AI generated and was not saved without a watermark
- The contributor has declined usage on Adobe Stock
$50 each on-charge (per asset)
Getty
Getty should be a last resort due to its higher costs to clients. Before using Getty, do a reverse search on iStock, it's more cost effective and, as Getty's parent company, often carries the same assets.
$150–$800 each on-charge
Unsplash+
We have a subscription with Unsplash+. Some assets are free to use; others require an on-charge as they are part of the paid tier.
No on-charge or $50 each on-charge
Artlist.io
We have a subscription with Artlist.io for sound FX and soundtracks, use this as the first preference for audio. Artlist.io is also used for royalty-free video footage when selected by the editor or creative, at the same on-charge rate as AdobeStock.
